We are proud to collect & recycle all sorts of silicone rubber from various sources. We collect Silicone materials like industrial silicone waste, Silicone Rubber, Hosepipe, Insulator scrap, Silicone obsolete inventory, Remote Keypads etc.
RISE TO RECYCLE
According to the latest data published by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), India generated 12,54,286.55 metric tonnes of e-waste in FY 2023–24, which further increased to 13,97,955.59 metric tonnes in FY 2024–25.
Under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, India achieved a significant improvement in formal e-waste processing,with 61.94% of the generated e-waste officially collected, dismantled, and recycled in FY 2023–24, rising to 70.71% in FY 2024–25.

RECYCLING PROCESS
COLLECTION OF SILICONE MATERIALS
We collect any kind of silicone waste materials as well as off-spec products through various manufacturers & dealers of silicone.
SHREDDED INTO PIECES
After collection, the scrap materials are shredded into small pieces in order to make them completely fit for recycling.
HIGH TEMPERATURE CRACKING
This process involve high temperature in order to collect the silicone vapours and filtering them out.
FILTRATION & REFINING
The collected vapours and the broken materials are further filtered and chemically refined in order to produce high quality silicon materials.
